Premier Aminos Refund and Return Policy

At Premier Aminos, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We are committed to providing high quality research compounds and exceptional customer service. If an issue occurs with your order, our team will work quickly to resolve it.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim, please provide:
 
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

Once verified, Premier Aminos will replace damaged products at no additional cost to the customer.
Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, Premier Aminos will provide a replacement shipment at no charge.
Customers should contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Each claim will be reviewed individually to ensure accurate resolution.
Missing Items
If an order is delivered with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
After verification, missing products will be shipped the next business day at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
Premier Aminos will correct the order and provide replacement products when applicable.
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory products, Premier Aminos does not accept returns of opened, used, or stored products.
To maintain product integrity, safety, and quality standards, all sales are generally considered final unless:
 
• Products arrive damaged
• Products are missing from the shipment
• The incorrect product was shipped
• A verified shipping loss occurs

Order Cancellations
 
Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
